Kimberly Alyn: Kimberly Alyn is a best-selling author and a national fire service speaker and trainer. She is the owner of Fire Presentations, a company dedicated to training workshops for the fire service.
 
Kim is the author of eight books including 101 Leadership Reminders, How to Deal With Annoying People, and Pillars of Success (with former Secretary of State under Ronald Reagan, General Alexander Haig as one of the contributors). She is also the author of five CD/DVD productions including Conquering Subordinate Counseling in the Fire Service and Real Leadership in the Fire Service is Not for Wimps. Kim holds a bachelors degree in management and a masters degree in organizational management.
 
Kim is also a contributing author to fire magazines like Firehouse World and Firehouse Life. She has been a featured presenter at fire conferences all over the United States. Kim assists fire departments and districts across the U.S. in firefighter and officer development.

Kimberly Alyn will be giving a presentation on “Real Leadership is Not for Wimps” where she will be sharing some progressive strategies for outstanding leadership. Kim will be talking about the critical factors of leadership and how they relate to the future of the fire service.
